Spread across 2 floors and 2,100 sq ft, the space features high-end finishes, a private backyard patio, pool table, 5 smart TVs, in-unit LG W/D, and free garage parking for 2 cars. The gorgeous kitchen opens to a generous living space — perfect for groups, families, or anyone who wants NYC access without NYC prices.

Still Haus is a 2-story duplex unit in a luxury new construction building. Unit 1 occupies the ground floor and lower level with private garage and backyard access. This is not a shared space; you have the entire unit to yourself.

Guests have full, private access to the entire unit including both levels, the private backyard patio, and the garage (right side w/ 2 tandem spots). Street parking is also available directly outside at no charge. The left side of the garage belongs to the neighboring unit so please do not park there.

We believe in a low-friction, high-quality stay. You'll receive all check-in details and the smart lock code via Airbnb message before arrival. We're available throughout your stay for any questions. Just message us and we'll respond promptly. We won't intrude on your time unless you need us.

The garage entry code and unit entry code will be sent before check-in. Enter through the garage and access the unit from inside.

Garage: right side only (2 cars, tandem). Left side is the neighbor's — please respect this.

The neighborhood may look quiet and residential and that's the point. It's safe, genuine, and real Jersey City. The block is residential and calm.

Central AC/heat is controlled by the thermostat inside. Please set responsibly.

Washer/dryer is for guest use. Please run full loads and remove laundry promptly.

Pool table felt is in excellent condition. Please use only the provided cues and no food/drinks directly on the table.
